1958
George and Lois Chapman began Chapman Heating and Air Conditioning.
1982
Ron and Beth Chapman, the son and daughter-in-law of George and Lois, bought Chapman Heating and Air Conditioning.
1996
Chapman purchased the local company Stephens Heating and Air Conditioning, allowing them to grow the size of the Chapman Heating and Air Conditioning.
1998
Chapman acquired Roger’s Heating and Cooling, growing still, and celebrating 40 years of successful business.
2001
Heidi and Phil (two of our current owners) began working at Chapman. Heidi began working in the office, and Phil’s first role at Chapman was as a duct cleaner.
2005
Nathan Crouch (one of the current owners) joins the Chapman office team.
2008
Chapman Heating and Air Conditioning celebrated 50 years in business with a year-long celebration.
2009
The offices of Chapman were remodeled to the current modern office feel. With fresh colors, and new spaces for the entire office staff, Chapman could better accommodate the growing company.
2012
Heidi, Nathan, Heather, and Phil bought Chapman Heating and Air, becoming the third generation of the Chapman family to run this business.
2018
Chapman celebrated 60 years in business.
2020
Chapman Heating and Air Conditioning officially change the logo to include plumbing, making the new name Chapman Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing
2023
Chapman Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing builds new building with a new location to accommodate the growing business. The new location provides ample room and helps improve efficiencies within the business.
